The richly layered Glenfiddich 15YO single malt is matured in three types of oak cask: sherry, bourbon and new oak, before being married in thier unique, handcrafted Oregon pine Solera vat. Year on year, this Solera vat is never emptied but is always kept at least half full creating a deliciously harmonious and intense whisky which gets more complex and intriguing every year. Silky smooth, revealing layers of sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. Full-bodied and bursting with flavour. Serve neat, with a couple of drops of water (to bring out the flavours), or over ice.

A truly exceptional single malt, the result of whisky-making craft and knowledge passed down through the generations. Glenfiddich marry their 18YO in small batches of no more than 150 casks. Every batch is individually numbered and carefully watched over. In the glass, a dark gold colour and remarkably rich aroma with ripe orchard fruit, baked apple and robust oak. The palate richly delivers luxurious dried fruit, candy peel and dates. Overlaid with elegant oak notes. The finish is warming, rewarding and distinguished.

Glenmorangie Original 12 Years Old is Glenmorangie's signature whisky reimagined, to make it more delicious than ever. Aged for a further two years, it is even smoother, creamier and more luscious than The Original 10YO. And so, this whisky catapults The Original's much-loved notes of orange, honey, vanilla and peach to a new pinnacle of flavour. The extra contact the whisky has with the wood, brings additional mellowness and depth to the whisky.

A fresh-faced, zesty whisky with a natural golden amber colour direct from the cask and as invigorating as the Orkney breeze. Fresh, clean and floral on the nose, with heathered honey and a touch of citrus. Sweet and spicy on the palate, with toasty notes of burnt orange, jasmine and fruitcake. A long finish with peppery spice, woody notes and orange zest, and the subtle, aromatic kick of smoke that you only get from Orkney heathered peat.

Jura 10YO is a whisky only Jura could make, shaped by its remote Scottish island home and a tradition of distilling that dates back to 1810. Crafted in exceptionally tall stills, it is matured for a decade in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in fine aged Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. Copper-gold in colour, it opens with aromas of vanilla, orange, cracked black pepper, and dark chocolate, leading to a smooth, sweet palate of nectarines, ginger, coffee, and toasted almonds. Crafted on the Isle of Jura, where a close-knit island community has been making whisky since 1810, Jura 18 Year Old reflects a dedication to whiskies made for bringing people together. Distilled in Jura's exceptionally tall stills, it is aged for a minimum of 18 years, maturing in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before a refined finish in Bordeaux red wine barriques. The result is a fruity and balanced island single malt, with layers of forest fruit, rich caramel and a gentle touch of sea salt - perfect for sharing.

The quintessential Islay single malt, crafted using a generations-old method on Scotland's rugged west coast. Crafted as the perfect introduction to peated whisky, Laphroaig Oak Select balances the distillery's iconic smoky character with a smooth, approachable sweetness. Matured in a carefully selected combination of Oloroso sherry butts, Pedro Ximénez hogsheads, ex-Bourbon casks and finished in virgin American oak, this Islay single malt opens with peat smoke and ripe red fruit before revealing layers of seaweed, ash and soft floral notes. Rich yet mellow, it delivers a long, complex finish with hints of marzipan and lime - a refined expression of over 200 years of passionate distilling tradition.

Oban is one of Scotland's oldest and smallest distilleries. Founded in 1794, the West Highland port town of the same name has grown around the distillery. Oban is the one Single Malt Scotch Whisky in which the rich, complex flavours of the Highlands meet and mingle with the peaty, maritime character of the Islands. Flavours of rich fruits, smoky dryness, honeyed spice, and a whiff of sea salt distinguish this full-bodied 14 Year Old West Highland malt.

The heavily peated malt for this dram has been created from harvests brought home from three Islay farms, by Raymond and his farming colleagues Neil Mclellan and Raymond Fletcher. The resulting rich, aromatic Port Charlotte wash was trickle distilled in our Victorian stillhouse during 2011. Moving forward we now have 19 farmers who have made the commitment to grow for us and to whom we are equally committed. This Islay barley is who we are. This is where we're from.

Our Port Charlotte Islay Barley expressions are a direct embodiment of everything an Islay whisky can and should be. Not only is it conceived, distilled, matured and bottled on the island, but the barley harvest for this 2013 vintage was also raised on our home shores in 2012 by seven of our Islay farming partners.
